Timecard shell
This route group will host the employee and crew flows from apps/timecard-next under the /tc prefix. Admin timecard tooling remains under /admin/timecard.
- Procore import/export, preview, cost-code editor, CSV API, and webhook are wired from
timecard-nextinto/tc/procore/*(requires Clerk — seeproxy.ts). - /tc/timecard runs the migrated EntryGrid (vendor + employee paths). /tc/crew-review runs CrewTimeGrid; /tc/crew-submit matches standalone "coming soon" placeholder with shared header/nav.
